Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your tg772 Balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business hours to reflect. tg772 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages outside of tg772's direct control.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. tg772 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes; however, this is a service target and not a guaranteed processing time. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours as a general target.
tg772 reserves the right to perform additional security checks or request supplementary documentation before processing any withdrawal request. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches your verified KYC identity.
AML Policy: In accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering regulations, tg772 may be required to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant Philippine authorities. tg772 reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or confiscate funds in any Account where money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime is reasonably suspected.

Errors and Malfunctions
